The first Sean Roebig Memorial Golf Day was held on the 11th of October 2011 at North Lakes Golf Club and thank-you to everyone who supported the event including those who couldn't make it but purchsed tickets in the day's major raffle for an iPad2 (congratulations to the lucky winner, Arlene Maunder!).
Thank-you to Grant Franklin, a long-time friend of Sean's, and the Sydney Uni Baseball Club and their 2011 Ladies Day (held on the 10th of September) which proved to be a great success for both their Club, and their chosen charity, BrAshA-T.

The funds raised on the day were combined with funds raised from entry and raffle ticket sales at the 2011 Sydney Winter Baseball League Finals Series to total over $2,000 going directly to BrAshA-T.
Ladies enjoyed complimentary champagne, massages from the 3 Minute Angels, cupcakes, raffles and all round entertainment, as well as a couple of wins, which all combined for a hugely successful day! Read more...

The Xavier Dinner claims to be Australia's longest running Charity Stag Dinner (circa 1959). It's a voluntary-based group committed to helping those less fortunate. In its invitation to the $350-a-plate function at the Victoria Park Function Centre at Herston in September 2010, the organisers describe it as "... a way that men in our community can come together and combine their strengths for a worthy cause". Over the years Xavier Dinners have raised more than $3 million for mostly small groups often overlooked by donors.
BrAshA-T was extremely fortunate and very grateful to be selected by the Xavier Board as the main beneficiary at this year's dinner with in excess of $100,000 raised on the night. More...
The Rose Creek Estate Wine Festival (Victoria) was held on Sunday the 29th of August 2010 with wine, cheese and olive oil tastings, wood-fired pizzas, pastas, BBQ and gypsy Jazz. Thank-you for everyone who supported us on the day!
In August 2010, and again in March 2011, all Super Cheap Auto, BCF, Gold Cross Cycles & Ray's Outdoors stores sold BrAshA-T merchandise to support A-T Research.
Every $ raised went to BrAshA-T's research fund. Thank-you very much Super Retail Group!
We put together an 18-month calendar (Jul 2009 - Dec 2010) featuring A-T families.

The third BrAshA-T Gala Charity Dinner and Memorabilia Auction was held at the Kedron Wavell Services Club on the 19th of June 2010. The evening was another sell-out with over 400 people attending and over $100,000 raised. Thank-you to all who supported us!
The second annual BrAshA-T Golf Day was held on Tuesday the 20th of October 2009 at North Lakes.
It was a glorious day (especially compared to last year's deluge!) and thank-you to all of you who generously supported the event.
Thank you to Tony, Lina and Angelo Siciliano for running a raffle to raise money for our cause at the Sunbury Wine Region Festival held on Sunday 30 August 2009. The day was a success with over $600 being raised for BrAshA-T.
Sampling local wines, cheeses, olives and olive oils as well as home made bread, woodfire pizzas and pasta, and roasted chestnuts was the order of the day. The gypsy jazz band provided much loved Italian folk songs. Thank you to Designer Chris Clair for producing our posters free of charge and to the Scrofani Family for promoting the day. The BrAshA-T Gala Charity Dinner and Memorabilia Auction was held at Kedron Wavell Services Club on the 24th of May 2008. It was great to receive a tremendous amount of media exposure leading-up to the event (Click here to see front page article in the May 14 edition of the Bayside Star).
There was a tremendous showing of support with over 300 people in attendance including a number of A-T families who had traveled from all parts of Australia to attend. Professor Martin Lavin (QIMR), Professor Thomas Crawford (visiting from the USA) and fellow researchers were also in attendance. Click here to see pictures from the wonderful evening.
The funds raised exceeded all expectations with an auction, silent auction, a variety of raffles and donations - thank-you to all who supported us! A special thank-you also to our MC, Greg Oliphant, the Courier-Mail's Barry Dick, expert auctioneer, David Mole, the superb band, The Dead Weights, and to all of those who helped organise the event and set-up the room on the night.
On Sunday the 25th of November 2007, BrAshA-T hosted an awareness and fundraising “Family Fun Day”. As we are a local family from the Brisbane suburb of Bracken Ridge, the Bracken Ridge Lions Club Central kindly sponsored our cause on the day and we are forever grateful for their efforts and generosity.
Thank-you to all of our family, friends and community members who helped run and organise this very successful day. We held a number of events, amusements and fundraising activities including a Sausage Sizzle, jumping castle, raffles, face painting and A-T shirts. Click here to see the photos from the day.
Our intention is to make this an annual event concentrating on children, to be followed by a Fundraising Dinner approx six months later for the adults.
Workplace sausage sizzles have proven to be a good fundraising venture for us. Thanks to Transfield Services who recently hosted a Workplace Sausage Sizzle for BrAshA-T.
